KLF125 CDA No. 64730

KFC125 is an alloy containing Ni and Si and Sn with the same excellent mechanical properties as alloy 42. It is strengthened by precipitates of Ni2Si and by solid solution hardening of Sn.

Features

1.        High strength and good multiple bendability equivalent to Alloy 42.

2.        Thermal and electrical conductivity, over ten times than that of Alloy 42.

3.        Excellent heat resistance up to approximately 7750K.

4.        Good solderability and soldering weatherability.

5.        Good stress corrosion cracking resistance, corrosion resistance and platability.

       Cu: Residual, Ni: 3.0-3.4, Si: 0.6-0.75, Zn: 0.2-0.35, Sn: 1.0-1.5

Note: (1) The spool diameter range from 150 mm to 500 mm in increments of 50mm.

        (2) The coil spool is also available in resin and steel.
